Placing an order is easy!

Things to know before ordering

Pickup Date & Time

Check our calendar for available pickup dates.

Availability depends on daily capacity and order size.

Pickup time must be during our open hours. If no time is provided, we will assign one and list it in your remaining balance invoice.

Order Details

Please include the following—if applicable—for each item:

  • Item type
  • Size and shape (and 1 or 2 tiers if applicable)
  • Quantity of items/batches
  • Flavors
  • Decoration—including color choices, design choices, inscriptions, and custom requests

Deadline for Details: Order information must be submitted by 12:00 pm (noon) on the Saturday prior to pickup (or one week in advance for Sunday orders).

Missing this deadline may result in cancellation. If late details can be accommodated, a $15 late fee will be added. Clients are responsible to provide all details – we will not chase you!

If placing an order within one week of pickup, full details and full payment are required immediately.

Pay Your Deposit

We’ll send a payment link once we confirm your order.

Deposit amount is $20 per item ($40 for each two-tier cake) and must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the link. Deposits are non-refundable. Transfers are available at tfc’s discretion.

    After your deposit is received, your order is officially confirmed. If payment or details are late, your order may be cancelled.
